Shipping policy

we offer to ship within Canada. If you are ordering from outside Canada shipping rates may be higher depending on where you stay. A copy of the cost for shipping can be provided upon request at nshingedesign@gmail.com 
The ordered product will be delivered to the address entered by you on the online order. If there is no one at the address given who is competent to accept delivery of the goods, you will be notified of an alternative delivery date or a place to collect the goods.

 

Orders are to be processed within approximately 5 to 10 business days, and 2 to 4 days for express delivery provided the products are available in stock and there are no problems with the payment verification/shipping address. Orders will not be processed on weekends and holidays. Orders placed on Friday will be processed on the next business day (Monday)
