Refund policy

Any product can be exchanged only if it is damaged on the arrival, or if a wrong product was sent.
Returned within 14 business days of receipt of receiving your order by notifying us at nshingedesign@gmail.com
Make sure the product is In original packaging, tags, free of make-up stains and odour otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund.

Once we have received your package, your return will be processed within 7-14 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed. If you have requested a refund please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 2-5 business days). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

customised items can not  be changed, returned and/or refunded or replaced

It is your responsibility to check our description, sizing charts and email us with accurate measurements so that we can assist with sizing before check out.

You  are responsible for return and exchange fees.
